How we contract
- Scope, assumptions, exclusions and price sit on a written proposal.
- You accept in the portal. Neither acceptance box is pre-ticked.
- Work beyond your nominated authority limit needs a separate approve or decline.
- Accounting remains in MYOB. Card payments, when used, are processed by Stripe.
- Rate cards are issued with a proposal for your sites, not as a public list.
